Performance Coaching

I offer a range of coaching packages to suit your individual needs. As a British Cycling Level 3 Performance Coach, I am fully insured to coach riders and prescribe training. You’ll find a full list of my qualifications on British Cycling’s Coaching Directory.

All coaching packages include a full consultation and review of your lifestyle so I can design bespoke training for you. I will take time to get to know you and understand your motivation so we can work together towards your goals.

Working remotely, I am a Level 2 Training Peaks Coach. I use Training Peaks to prescribe and monitor training sessions. The coaching packages below reflect different levels of communication and support I offer.

The coach-athlete relationship is at the heart of what I do and it takes time to grow, which is why I ask for a minimum commitment of 3 months. A long-term relationship will enhance your performance, development and wellbeing.

Annual analysis & performance check-up (one-off)

  • Rider profile and lifestyle questionnaire.
  • Review of past data.
  • Guided discussion around goals and aspirations (1hr using Zoom).
  • Signposting to other support specialists.
  • Written recommendations and action plan.

Who is this for?
Riders who want to plan their own training and / or review their performance from the last season.

  • Rider profile and lifestyle questionnaire.
  • Review of past data.
  • Initial consultation (1hr using Zoom).
  • Goal setting.
  • Basic Training Peaks account.
  • Bespoke training plan based around athlete goals.
  • Comprehensive training sessions with downloadable workouts via Training Peaks for use with Zwift.
  • Training plan posted monthly.
  • Regular Testing to determine and update training zones.
  • Email support (during office hours).

Who is this for?
Riders who are looking for basic structure and accountability.

£95 per month

  • Training plan posted bi-weekly and reviewed with limited updates per month.
  • Regular Testing to determine and update training zones.
  • Monthly Zoom call (20 mins).
  • Email support (during office hours).

Who is this for?
Riders who have a busy lifestyle and need a greater level of support.

  • WhatsApp / text / email support (during office hours).

Riders who need a fully flexible programme and a high level of support.
